Our Board and Executive Director are entrusted with helping guide ReInspire, protect its mission, and make sure the needs of the youth we serve remain at the center of every decision.

About Cassie Moore |Â Executive DirectorÂ
Cassie Moore serves as Executive Director of ReInspire, helping young people in Johnson County find stability, build confidence, and work toward independent futures. Her journey with ReInspire began as a volunteer in 2019, when a desire to serve grew into a deep commitment to its mission:
Hope, Service, Connection.

Drawing from her own experience overcoming adversity and finding recovery, Cassie understands the difference that encouragement, opportunity, and a strong support system can make. She believes every young person deserves to be seen, valued, and given the tools to move forward.
​
Through ReInspire’s Launch Pads housing program and youth support services, Cassie works to connect at-risk youth and young adults aging out of foster care with safe housing, practical resources, and meaningful relationships. She is passionate about building community partnerships and helping young people celebrate each step toward their goals.

Cassie is honored to carry forward founder Charise’s vision while helping ReInspire grow.
At the heart of her leadership is a simple belief: our past does not have to define our future, and no young person should have to navigate that future alone.
